Business Value Analyst / Process Mining

Job description :

The main challenge of this position is to accompany our customers with their digital transformation and especially with our operational efficiency tools. Our projects are related to : retail, finance, capital market, insurance ...

You will be required to perform tasks such as :

- Drafting functional specifications linked to business needs
- User acceptance testing (especially during production launches, new releases, new versions)
- Relationship with the different stakeholders (Business, IT, software vendor, automation dedicated team, support)
- Change support : training, support for users
- Production and deployment of applications
- Project Management

Technical environment :
- Knowledge of databases
- Understanding of the issues related to "data"

Profile :

Higher education (engineering degree, or specialised university), BAC+5 (postgraduate level).

You have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in automation process. You want to enhance the value of financial institutions operational chains through Process mining. You have a strong knowledge of finance and a real interest in highly specialised financial subjects.

English : operational (international context)
